1. HOW DOES IT WORK?
When a social media user posts a photo tagging or mentioning Blue Banana Brand with the hashtag #bluebanana, the brand will be notified in order to study a possible use of it on its website and online channels. In order to obtain the right to use the photo, Blue Banana Brand will comment on it from its official profile, and after receiving the author's response to the comment with the hashtag #yesbluebanana, both parties will understand that permission is being granted to use the image.
2. IMAGE SELECTION CRITERIA
Blue Banana Brand will be solely responsible for choosing the photos that are published on its channels. These must be of the highest quality possible, consistent with the branding, and under any circumstances show violent, discriminatory, dangerous or offensive situations. Blue Banana Brand grants itself the exclusive power to select, publish and remove photos from its channels in the way and timing that the brand decides.
3. WHAT DOES THE AUTHOR GET FOR THE PUBLICATION OF A PHOTO?
Blue Banana Brand does not remunerate materially or economically the permission to use the photos in its digital media for commercial purposes and / or brand awareness for an indefinite period and worldwide. The benefits of having selected photos are limited to the presence of the images on the brand's website.
4. HOW TO REVOKE PERMISSION?
To revoke the permission to use the photo, you must send an email to info@bluebananabrand.com, indicating the photo and user or profile name in social media. Also, each photo has a button on the lower left side that can be used to report it. Once the email or report is received, Blue Banana Brand will proceed to remove the image as soon as possible.
5. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
Participation in #yesbluebanana implies acceptance of the privacy policy published on www.bluebananabrand.com.
