How do I exchange or return a purchase?

Yes! You can change your order free of charge. To request one, you can do so here .

Purchases made in our online store can be exchanged through our website or at any of our physical stores, except at our El Corte Inglés stores or our Outlet Stores.

Purchases made in our physical stores can only be exchanged at any of our physical stores, except at our El Corte Inglés stores or our Outlet Stores.

Purchases made at El Corte Inglés stores can only be exchanged at any El Corte Inglés store.

Purchases made in our Outlet stores can only be exchanged at the same Outlet store where you made the purchase.

Purchases made at pop-ups or event stands cannot be exchanged or returned.

*In all cases, the deadline to request an exchange is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, except for El Corte Inglés stores, where they may vary depending on the commercial policy applied by El Corte Inglés*

Will you have this item back in stock?

There are several restockings a year, but we don't always restock all models.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?

No, we currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. However, you can find some of our products at Regaliz funwear. Located at C/ Cano 5, 35002, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

What happens to my refund if I used a discount code?
